How to cahnge vBulletin logo?
After you install vBulletin first thing you want to do is change the default logo. This is important because it reflect your band of your site.
There is more than one way to change the default logo:
The first method is changing the logo path (image path) in vBulletin admin option. To do that you have to upload a custom logo to the server and make it web accessible. Then in admin panel go to Styles and Templates -> Style Manager. Select your style and choose StyleVars within Edit Fonts / Colors etc. section contained inside All Style Options drop down menu. You will then see Title Image setting under Image Path section where you can set the image located in the ‘header’ template, used as the main logo for your forum. Note that if you want to use relative path, the logo image must be located underneath the forum’s directory.
The second and easy method is to replace default logo image with your custom logo file. The default vBulletin logo name and location is of forums_path/images/misc/vbulletin3_logo_white.gif. All you have to do is rename your logo to vbulletin3_logo_white.gif and upload to server. You might want to make back up of original logo.
Here you have to careful when you make your logo image. You want to make it in appropriate size and color.
Next time you load your forum in browser you will have forums that is more reflective to your website theme.
